GANTT chart so far...
Here is the gantt chart so far, as we have completed projects. As you can see, it looks a lot greener than before, meaning we are on track for completing for Thursday! Click to enlarge
iBattle
We have decided that our product shall be called iBattle and Jamie and I have designed logos for the product.
Here is mine...
This design was going to feature more weapons and colours, but I decided the two red swords against the blood backdrop worked better. I have made sure to include the "powered by Brainient" tagline as this services will ultimately be promoting the potential of the Brainient software.
Jamie also made this one that features on the twitter page and is a smaller logo to work with.

Response to Formative
The main criticism of our formative was that we stated the obvious a lot and that we needed to make our presentation more concise and focus more on pitching the idea rather than stating what we researched. When I next meet with my group, I will ask them to make the following changes:
Ladji- He has the final call on the video content; therefore his part of the pitch will form the bulk of the presentation. He will talk through the video and how the brainient content will work within the video
Attila- Brand Partnerships; she will need to find a small selection of factual broadcasters and educational organisations to partner up with
James- He needs to focus on just a small number of magazines to advertise within, such as National Geographic. Sites like 4od and BBC Iplayer will be too expensive to advertise on and we would have more luck with more niche broadcasters
Gerome- He needs to focus on the appropriate websites to invest advertising into, like James. So it would be web sites such as the History Channel web site
Jamie- He will need to create some social networking profiles and simply promote them in his part of our pitch. He will create the links and then inform the viewers of how they can be accessed and what they may find on them

Gantt chart
Here is the GANTT chart that I have created to assign the rest of my group jobs for this project. I have assigned these tasks based on the feedback we received from the Formative Pitch. Click to enlarge.
The green bars highlight how much of a task is done and blue highlights how much is left of the task.
The darker coloured tasks being completed are dependant on the brighter coloured tasks to be completed on time.

Roles
After a few changes, I have now decided on the roles that I will be assigning the rest of my team. They are as follows:
I have given each of these team members some information to research, based on the roles I have given them and to produce 1 or 2 slides that present the research they have, in preparation for a Formative Pitch this Tuesday. Here is how the slide show looks at present.
I am missing the PR and Brand Partnership slides as James and Attila have yet to send these to me.
Jamie Boswell- Head of Social Media
Tolno Attila- Head of Brand Partnerships
James Coull- Head of PR
Gerome Oldfield- Media Planner
Ladji Conde- Head of Creative
